Shipping is dispatched by Australia Post unless specified with a different courier company. Products ship soon after purchase, however, shipping times can range anywhere between 5-10 business days as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Happy Collective HQ is based in Richmond in Melbourne’s Inner East. We ship all items from there.
We offer returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. Item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, along with a filled in returns form.
All the products we stock are safely designed and made. Smile Makers products and lubricants are made with no paraben or fragrance and are completely body-safe. They are intended for enjoyment by everyone, including pregnant women.
If your product is faulty, please contact Happy Collective within 48 hours of receiving the product. We of our team will take you through organising a replacement.
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact as at email@example.com. Unfortunately, because of the nature of our products, if the package has been opened, we cannot accept the product back for hygienic reasons. If you believe your products are defective, we provide a full one-year replacement warranty for all Smile Makers products. Email us at the above address and we will be happy to help.

What kind of battery do I need for my smile maker product?
The Ballerina is rechargeable by USB, all others require either AA or AAA batteries. Check out their individual product pages for details.
Are batteries supplied with my product?
No, batteries are not included in your purchase. Batteries lose power from the moment they are manufactured; therefore, decreasing the life of the battery we would supply.
What are my payment options? Can I do Afterpay?
You can pay either with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay. We do not issue invoices to pay via bank transfer and at this time; we don’t offer Afterpay, but we are working on it!
Where do you ship to?
We ship our products Australia wide. Whether you’re in Sydney, Broome, Hamilton Island or Hobart, we can put a smile on your face.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping on every order is $12.
How are the products packaged? Are they discreet?
Products are packaged in their respective boxes, wrapped in glad wrap and sent in Australia Post bag, very discreet!
How do I clean and store my vibrator?
We recommend cleaning your product before and after use with water and soap and dry with a clean towel.
Are the Smile Makers water proof?
Sure are! Smile Makers are great to use in the bath and shower.
